Continuing education. - (4/16/2013)
The following dates are set for continuing education classes at Local 5:
Tuesday April 30th 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM Magnetek Drive Class
Class will cover drive start up, adjusting, troubleshooting
Wednesday May 8th 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM CEC Swift Futura
Class will be an advanced troubleshooting and adjusting class

Material for this class will be emailed to students prior to class so please provide an email.
Thursday May 9th 5:00PM - 8:00 PM KEB Drive Class
Class will consist of an overview of AC motors ( induction vs. PM ) and go through the
start up process of the drive from scratch then troubleshooting. The Regenerative drive will also
be covered.
