Local 5's " A Lift for a Vet" donated and installed a stairlift at the Deptford VFW. Some older Vets were having trouble navigating the stairs at the Hall and the addition of a stairlift has solved that problem. Those deserving Vets are now able to enjoy all the VFW has to offer.

Thanks to Local 5 member Joe Keller and Probationary Apprentices Joe Vasquez, Gerry Kerr and Bob Boardman for volunteering their time to make this happen.
